If you were hoping for more difficult PvE content in Destiny 2 after the weekly reset, you’ll have to stick to what’s currently in the game. Bungie has announced that the Prestige Raid has been postponed, in light of a recent exploit.
“An exploit has been discovered in the Leviathan Raid that causes the encounters to be stripped of their intended challenge,” the developer wrote on their forums. “To allow time to fix this issue, we are delaying the start of the Prestige Raid until next week. It’s important to us that the team who earns World First status doesn’t have their legacy tarnished by doubt, skepticism, or uncertainty.”
The prestige raid was supposed to arrive as part of the weekly reset. If you like chewing through other Guardians in the game’s competitive mode, Iron Banner is still on track. It will run from October 10 at 10PM NZDT, until October 17 at 10PM NZDT.
The prestige raid will now arrive October 19, 6AM NZDT.
